Capacity Europe 202612 to 15 October, London

AI capacity lands as islands. The road to it is the bottleneck.

insidepacket built the AI Access Platform to make that road a product: one white-label access layer an operator runs on its own fibre, with the GPU and neocloud providers in its market connected as providers under the operator's brand. The insidepacket team, the people who build the NaaS Platform, is in London all week. Take 20 minutes with us at the venue.

CEO vision

Who owns the on-ramp to intelligence?

Fibre, data centres and GPU capacity still run as separate islands. Eli's letter looks at the service layer that joins them into one enterprise experience, and at who gets to own it.

Eli speaks at GrowthX, Market Forces Stage, Thursday 15 October, followed straight after by Zayo Europe on Zayo's DynamicLink and a joint Q&A. Time to be confirmed.

A letter from the founder

Who owns the on-ramp to intelligence?

“The compute is landing. The road to it is not built.”

“The fabric inside the data centers is being solved; access, the layer that decides who gets paid for intelligence, is still unclaimed. It should belong to the people who own the infrastructure.”

  1. Two squares are being solvedMore capital than any infrastructure cycle has seen is going into the compute, and the best networking engineers into the fabric. The commercial access layer, where an enterprise finds compute, buys it and gets a private path to it in minutes, is the square nobody is building.
  2. The road decides who gets paid“The compute is bought and paid for. The road to it decides how many of its hours are ever sold.” The service layer on top decides who keeps the customer.
  3. It belongs to the owners of the infrastructureOperators run the road on fibre they already own and bill both sides of it. GPU and neocloud providers are listed under their own brand, capacity and price. “insidepacket builds the platform; the market keeps the margin.”
